This is the only time I can remember where our room was nicer than the picture. We were VERY happy with this hotel. Short walk to the train station and that would get you around the city. There was even a jacuzzi that was not advertised!

It was my second visit to Prince Galles, but compared to my previous visit, the level of service offerred was really low. People at the reception desk were not so friendly, space for breakfast was really small, and so on. I don't want to say this, but I regret staying at Prince Galles.

This hotel worked well for us--easy to get to on foot from Termini, quiet, air-conditioned, nice bathroom. dim lighting, but we were not in Rome to sit in our room and read! The only confusion came at registering--this hotel is on several properties. We were accommodated, just that it took a bit more maneuvering than we planned. No big deal. WE would stay here again.

Our experience with this hotel was very good. It was nereby the Termini station so we could easily reach all locations very good. If we come to Rome again we will surely stay at the same hotel again. We had a great time.

The rooms were big and had enough place for 4 persons. The place of the hotel is good, because it´s near termini station and metro station´s. So you are very fast at each place in Rom.
