Really close to Fiumicino Airport (15 km) - building not so recent but rooms confortable and clean. All services very good and staff very kindly. Suggested.

The aircon. did not work probaly. 2 lamps did not work, we said to the staff the first day but nothing happen. Very good connextions by bus to the center of Rome.

This room SHOULD NOT have been given out for use by any one in the condition we encountered. The room is in dire need of refurbishing. The carpet was FILTHY, the TV didn't work, the bath room floor was dirty, the wash basin was severely scratched and stained, only 3 hangers were provided, amongst other shortcomings. I would hope that the hotel had other rooms in much better shape than ours or they wouldn't be able to stay in business. On a positive note, the restaurant and morning breakfast was very well done. The food and service were very good.

This was one of the worst places we stayed in Italy. We booked our hotels late and so didn't have too much of a choice in Rome.... We had to wait for almost an hour to check in and get our room keys.... The employees are more interested in selling tours than servicing poeple who come in to check in. Also this is not in the heart of Rome, so not the best choice from a location standpoint.
