The hotel was located 5 min from the train station,and very close to the centro of the city. the room was very pleasent. the price was a little high but that's the prices in that area.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Piemonte for 3 nights just before we flew home. The hotel is ideally situated near the train station so we were able to walk with our luggage. Our room was not actually in the hotel but in an apartment complex just around the corner from the reception. This building is currently being renovated but once we arrived at "Piemonte Residence" we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was large enough to fit another queen bed in. The bathroom was large, clean and modern. We certainly felt very comfortable in our room. We caught a bus into the centre which took about 10 mins. This would have had to be the only downfall with our stay. We loved every minute of it and would return to Hotel Piemonte.

This hotel was fine for our needs, although the bathroom was difficult to move around in. We did have to ask for another room when we first arrived because we were initially put in an annex building around the corner. We would have to go outside every time we wanted to approach the reception area or have breakfast. As this annex was under construction, there was plaster dust in the entry way, elevator and hallways. Also the front door was wide open and just didn't feel safe. The room in this annex was very nice (new). The reception clerk was very nice and found us a room in the building. The hotel is very close to the train station, metro and bus routes. There are several embassies on neighboring streets as well as many cafes. Overall - a good value.

We stayed in a room for 3 people in Rome and couldn't be happier with the Piemonte. The location, helpful staff and rooms were great. Don't let the price fool you, we were so happy we came back to Rome to stay there for another two days.

We were only here for one night - catching a flight out of Italy after two weeks visiting Pompeii and Florence. The hotel was close enough to the station to walk (long queue for taxis when we arrived) and easy to find but far enough away from the petty crime that surrounds large stations. We arrived right on the earliest check in time but rooms were ready and within 30 mins were checked in bags had been dropped and we ready to make the most of the remaining hours we had in Rome. Offered a good breakfast.

We were given an apartment at another location, which was quite near to the main hotel. THe location of the hotel is quite to the station, a lot of places to eat nearby, and the surroundings are quite safe to stay out late. That said, the person at the reception was very rude. We were three with a child of three. He said the child was too big to be classified as a child and that we should have said he was a person. In no other hotel in our stay of 15 days in Europe did we get that kind of a complaint again. The others who we saw at the reception were ok but the first man whom we had to interact the most was quite rude. Other than that we had no complaints. Though we had to come to the main hotel for breakfast and had to ring a bell and be let in everyytime we entered our apt building, the apartment made up for all that. It was big, very well kept and we were very very pleased. Good breakfast.

This hotel has very convenient access to the trains and bus. There were several nice restaurants and a supermarket in the immediate area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
