Nice hotel in an excellent location. Excellent, spacious bedrooms and beautiful bathroom. Staff very helpful and obliging. The views from the rooftop terrace are spectacular. The only drawback was the breakfast - not to my liking at all but the other guests seemed to be enjoying it so maybe its just me!

How this hotel gets a 4 star rating is beyond me. There is nobody to help with luggage. The elevators are not working half the time and when they work they are tiny and slow. One of our two rooms had no windows at all. The water in the shower goes from very cold to very hot to very cold again continuously so you are burned one minute and frozen the next. When I asked the night clerk whether our baby cot was put in the room, he told me that he had no idea and we should ask his colleague from the day shift (who had left and would not arrive until the next morning). To top it all of, the air conditioner did not work. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

Very good hotel, located in the perfect position a 15 minute walk from the Termini and 400 yds from the Trevi Fountain. Service was excellent, no restaurant, though plenty nearby.

VERY GOOD LOCATION WE REBOOKED TO ROOM ON 5TH FLOOR TO THE BACK THEREFORE NO PROBLEMS WITH TRAFIC NOICE NEW NICE BATHROOM ROOF TERASSE VERY NICE BRING A BOTTLE OF WINE AND RELAX WHEN RETURNING IN THE AFTERNOON
