Reception staff very welcoming & helpful. Lift ridiculously slow. Attitude lapse from one of breakfast staff. Utensils and drinks could be replenished quicker. Hair dryer with taped hose virtually useless. Replace it! Despite lapses, overall value for a central hotel was reasonable Excellent location.
