Hotel Club recomended this friendly 3-star hotel instead of another one. We had a standard room, far from the photos on the web-site, small, dingy, dark, door to bathroom could not open properly because of lack of space, no chair to sit on. Bed, bedside table and waredrobe was the only furnishings. Tried to move, but staff claimed it was the 3-star standard. I could accept that from a 2-star but not good enough for a 3-star hotel. Maybe because one has payed in advance one gets the less desirable rooms, after all one can hardly walk away from a payed room.

We stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions - the first time we arrived late in the day and it seemed as though the person at reception couldn't find our booking and gave us the only room which he could find. It was literally at the top and back of the building with only a tiny skylight window in the room. The bathroom had a beam across the ceiling which was so low that my husband kept hitting his head. The toilet was installed in the actual shower cubicle! I asked for another room on our next visit and this was fine but my advice for future travellers, do not take room 575.

I certainly think the pictures on the [your website] website need updating. The room we stayed in and the hotel generally looked nothing like the photos shown. Hotel could definately do with an overhaul, but for price it was good and location was excellent.

the room is very small. cleanliness is poor.. this hotel should rate for one star only.

The hotel was fairly clean. You could see that this hotel had better times and it should have been maintained better. The walls in the room were a little bit dirty; the bath had no curtain so the floor of the bathroom was covered with water after you take a shower. Many accessories in the room were simply broken. The room and the bathroom were spacious and nice. The location of the hotel pretty good though it is 15-25 minutes walk to the main tourist attractions. The prices for the hotels in Rome are sky high and this was one of the cheapest I could find (3 stars) so I guess for the cheep 3 stars hotel in Rome the price is adequate.

A basic hotel, in easy location. The reception staff didn't seem to be able to offer much advise re whats on locally, nor really seemed to be that interested!! The shower facilities were below average. No shower curtain so water flooded the whole room and alternated from too hot to cold in seconds. In hotel defense, we were supplied with ample fresh towels daily. Just as well as needed to mop up water on the floor!!

Arrived hot and uncomfortable to a room which was hot (later told hottest room in summer, coldest in winter) and AC didn't work. Told by two desk clerks it had been cool weather and others complained that rooms were too cold, so AC had been turned off. Next morning a different clerk said of course they'd turn it on. It wasn't much even then. Dim lighting. No shower curtain, so bathroom floor was very wet all night. Area was VERY seedy, unsavory characters everywhere, real concern for safety.

The hot water system in this hotel is very sub standard, no hot water just warm. The plates were not clean and cups chipped and where exactly are the tea spoons, god knows. The double bed was two singles that moved apart, sorry i can not recommend this hotel at all.

The location was great, but the hotel is badly in need of refurbishing - very tired.

Too basic for the money. Although breakfast was included, we only tried it once and never returned again! A pre-made coffee from a bucket in Italy? Watery ham? We have all these delights in the UK, we don't need crap while on holiday. No air conditioning, but too noisy if windows are open. My husband had £50 stolen from his trousers pocket while we were out. Would NOT recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.

Hotel and Room provided was in need of refurbishment, room airconditioning did not work on first night, no shower curtain in bathroom, no bath or sink plugs provided in bathroom, no English speaking TV channels pre set on TV. There was some 40+ Italian channels pre set. Provided breakfast selection was just adequate - not up to the same standard as elswhere for this class of hotel. Generally, this hotel in its present condition should not be rated with its present rating.

A hotel of 3,5 stars should not have torn bath towel .Also, broken remote control for the TV and a door that was not able to be locked. It was clean in general but not for a price more than 65 Euros and now the room costs 116 Euros.

The hotel was well located, only a few short blocks from the Termini train station. Our 3-person room was comfortable, but the bathtub in the bathroom did not have a shower curtain, so it made taking a shower difficult. The included continental breakfast was nothing special. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful, and even booked a tour for us the same day.
