Not in the nicest area located near the Termini, but convenient for train travellers. Not as clean feeling as we would have hoped, but it wasn't terrible. The pictures were slightly misleading as was the price for what we actually got.

First of all, its at the end of an ally street. The neighborhood was very scary. The hotel appearance was not welcoming at all. When we checked in, we soon found that they didn't offer many of the things that they advertised, such as shuttle service to the airport, 24 hour front desk, room service and wake-up service to name a few. We did NOT even get a phone in our room, or access to one. They also fail to mention that you must PAY for a/c if you want it in your room, 10.00 euro a day. The staff was not at all friendly, and some made you feel very uncomfortable being around and leaving your key with them while you where out. We faced the street and it was VERY noisy, and hard to sleep. The room was tiny and smelled of cigarettes. We where so happy to leave there.

The rooms were nice and clean, but the service was poor. We asked about air conditioning which was supposed to be included and they wanted to add an extra charge until we insisted. Were not very helpful regarding any advice on attractions, how to get to placed etc. Basically the staff was not helpful with anything but handing us the key.

Very clean, nice triple with comfy beds (double over booked), moved to double the next night with beds hard as stone. Rooms nicely decorated and clean. Baths super spacious, nice and clean - nicest bath in all our hotels in Italy. Great location to everything (easy two - three block walk from station), just not really a clean area of town but no safty issues encountered and I felt safe. I can not say any hotel in Italy was a good value, including this one.

had a great time in Rome..the hotel was ideally placed for the bus terminal. Rooms are a little on the small side but for a city break it was great. The service was spot on....the guy on the night shift was a gem, he deserves a pay rise

This hotel was way overpriced. The room was tiny, barely enough room to walk around the bed. The shower didn't drain well so we had to turn the water off and on during a shower. The walls were paper thin. The worst part is that we had a small balconey on the back side of the building. It overlooked the tenements that were all around the hotel building. Since there is no air conditioning in the older hotels in Rome, we could see and hear into these people's apartments. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
