I found the most of staff friendly + helpful. the hotel is well linked by bus to the centre (5 min). Good restaurants nearby also. Our room was on the ground floor however and at times very noisy

The review is actually for Hotel Lloyd (just around the corner and across the street from Kent). I was walked over there when I checked in, but I wasn't told why. (The system forces all items to be reviewed so I gave a 3 for photo's correspondence, which is actually meaningless for this case).

The Hotel Kent was very comfortable and the services offered by the employees were very good. They were able to accomodate us for an additional evening and were also able to send a car to the airport to pick us up at a very reasonable price. Their staff was very friendly and informative regarding the surrounding area of Rome and directing us to various places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Kent again the next time we are in Rome.
