Used the car pick-up from the airport, highly recommended. Driver was on time, courteous, and got us to the hotel in good time. Room was not ready when we arrived (before noon), but they kept breakfast open late for us, and gave us directions to all the nearby sites. Staff was very friendly during the entire stay, and always helpful and polite. Location is very close to Borghese Park and gallery, and convenient to train. We will stay here every time we travel to Rome. I can't recommend it more highly.

The bedrooms are wondefully furnished as in the quality of the furnishing. Once got your bearings easy to find places of interest that you could walk to. Missed the facility of Tea or coffee in the rooms. We were both very pleased with the hotel and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Very nice people running the hotel, family run.

Hotel was ideally situated. Although the rooms were small they were clean and beautiful presented. The complementary bottle of prosecco was a nice touch. Breakfast was basic but again this seems to be the norm in Italy. Staff were very friendly and were happy to orginse transport to the airport the morning we departed.

on our way to Pompeii. stayed 2 nights lovely and quiet. Breakfast rolls/croissants were very small and rolls were rock hard to cut.In a nice area and nice pizza restaurant just round the corner from the hotel. The room was double, small but adequate.

We enjoyed our stay here.The room was clean and had air conditioning.The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was nice too.There is a nice cafe bar next door and a few restaurants close by.A Despar convenience store is about 5min walk away.The hotel is near Via Veneto with all its shops/restaurants.I think the nearest metro station was about 5-10min walk away.

Thiis was our second time in Rome staying at the Golden for 3 nights in August.We had a triple room which was quiet ,a decent size and very clean.Location was slightly far out as we like to walk as much as possible but it is in a very nice area.Also Marco(one of the owners)gives you all the info on buses,etc.To sum up a great little hotel which we will use again.Also excellent value.PS we had a nice meal at the San Marco restaurant nearby.

Hotel was in a great location, just a few blocks from the Via Veneto and Spanish Steps. Rooms were clean, nice and spacious. The two brothers who run/own the hotel were very nice and friendly and made the stay very enjoyable.

Very good location and excellent staff. It´s easy to walk around Via Veneto and it´s not so far from here until the best monuments in Rome.

Only stayed here one night, as we were just passing through Rome. However, wish we could have stayed for longer. Lovely hotel - excellent hosts, spacious and clean room and great bathroom. The hotel is in a nice area - lots of places to eat etc. Possibly a bit further to walk to the main rome attractions, but is easy to get round on metro etc. Would stay here again.
