First time at Italy and Diocleziano.Very nice hotel and staff specially Mateo at the front desk was helpful and welcoming from the very beginning. Room well furnished with a nice bathroom with good shower.Located in quiet street less than 5 minute walk to Termini. Breakfast standard for Europe. I highly recomend this hotel to stay ay Rome.

First visit,the collection from the airport was excellent,we arrived without hassle and were checked in efficiently and friendly. The room was clean quiet and tidy and sufficient for our needs. The breakfast room was well laid out and the food on offer was varied and good. Would visit again.

Great location if traveling by train - just block and half from station. Great service. The only complaint was the plumbing which was not working very well.

The hotel was great and met my requirements. The bar area is a bit small. We stayed in a Standard Room which was adequate but we would have preferred a bath to a shower

We very much enjoyed our stay. Excellent value. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room. Highly professional staff. They knew just who to call for tour arrangements - good service. About an 8 minute walk to Termini. Very quiet - almost a cul-de-sac, so no traffic noise. Minor note (to venere?) - check the directions from Termini. We found it to the left down via Marsala Termini from the Termini exit; the venere web site says to the right. Also, via Marsala becomes via Volturno - no turns, just changes names. The map on the web site is fine.
