Great location, very convenient for both walking and metro, rooms small but had all essentials, nice friendly staff, breakfast adequate, coffee very good.

Make sure you don't get a room in the annex. The rooms are around the corner from the main hotel and are small and hot in the summer.

room 103, dark,noisy bad ventilation.outside the small window a unit was working around the clock.building work at reception made more noise and lots of dust.inside of wardrobe was dusty.we had to sleep with earplugs location very good,near all the best shops,good restaurants and all of rome walkable.

Decided not to stay at this hotel.Room was very small only one window no air con.window opened on to the back of all other hotel kitchens suffocating heat.Bed was not double as stated altogether very disapointing

The hotel is in the most perfect location in Rome. We were given the Garret at the top of the building - this had a lovely newly fitted bathroom and was fine for our 4 day stay. 95% of Rome's attractions are within walking distance and there is a plethora of restaurants and cocktail bars to enjoy before walking home.

Nice hotel, unfortunately (maybe because of the discount?) they put us in the attic. The room was ridiculously small but beautifully decorated, same goes for the bathroom. We had asked for a shower but got a bath in which we couldn't stand up because of the sloping ceiling (ouch!). Some of the staff were very friendly others unfortunately were rather arrogant and unfriendly. Location is superb though and we would certainly recommend this hotel, provided you get a normal size room.
