Highly recomended for location and pricing if not traveling by car. I read a couple survey that mislead me to choose this hotel stating parking was available and on the premises. Not true. Parking is available near the hotel or on the streets for a fee. Hotel is near good restaurants and bus transportation.

Wake-up calls were not on time. Rooms were noisy from traffic and neighbouring rooms - showering, flushing toilet, etc. Overall look of hotel is run-down.

This hotel is only 15 minutes walk from the Garbatella Metro. Staff were very friendly and a problem in our hotel room was corrected by room service when we were out without us reporting it. Facilities in the room were very good although we had two rooms and the hot water to one was abit hit and miss. A good selection provided for breakfast. Although it is situated on the main road, there was no problem with traffic noise.

Hotel Caravel is very dirty and employees are not enought kind with hosts. The noise in the hotel let me sleep in a very bad way. All the Hotel seems old and in need of a complete restructure.

An ok hotel but wouldn't stay again. Staff are very rude and unhelpful. Rooms are dated, we had a bath but no shower. Location also not good a good hour walk from the train station and no services near by such as restaurants, shops, etc.

Great hotel, vey clean, we booked this hotel as it was cheaper than most in the city. It is a 15 minute bus trip to the hotel and buses run every 5 minutes

We liked the location 5 - 10mins by bus (very good bus system pick up at Station Termini a metro map which tells and shows which bus goes where), so not so noisy. Limited choice for food in the restaurant for evening meal, but we mostly ate out of the Hotel in the evenings. Depended which staff were on duty as to what type of service you got from very good to average. Hotel policy that they will not book taxis, we had to ring directly to get taxi to got to Ciampino Airport. Good sized rooms very clean. No guest laundry and a trek to find a laundramat. Breakfast included with room cost was fine.
