Central location for Rome. Very small but unbeleivably clean room compared to Rome Hotel rooms standards, and very kind staff. It's great so long as you afford to pay over 230 euros. If you don't mind staying in a less central location check Hotel Alpi. Cheaper, better but 10 min away by bus or 30 min away by walk.

Nice, small hotel located nicely in between all sites of interest. 10 minutes walk in either direction takes you to the Vatican state, the Spanish steps, the Colosseum and so on. We won't hesitate to stay here next time in Rome....and that will come :-) Thje staff is friendly, everything is clean and well sorted. Maybe the rooms are a bit small for us scandinavians, but you are not spending much time in the hotelroom in a city like Rome.

Excellent location, you can walk to everything. Breaky is great and has something for everyeon. Room is a little small (typical Europe) and no views but very clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Very quiet. Good breakfast. Nicely decorated and very pleasantand helpful staff. The room was very small with very little storage/hanging space for clothes and suitcases. This hotel does not have the facilities that you would expect from a four star hotel eg. a sitting/reading area,and the room was extremely cramped. Good for a short -one or two day stay in Rome.

The front staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly Patricia, nothing was too much trouble, even down to charging my mobile phone for me! The staff on the terrace bar were charming and most pleasant, we were very surprised at the relatively low cost of alcohol served on the terrace - it compared well with the local bars. Breakfast was very substantial, lots of fresh fruit, choice of cooked or continental - coffee was delicious. Very little negativity - bed a bit hard for my liking but suited my husband, so can't really complain. Was disappointed not to be able to obtain tea/coffee during the day - no facilities in the room, and considering it is a 4 star hotel was surprised this was not available. There was a fridge with cold drinks, however this was very expensive (similar to most hotels)! Would recommend a stay here and would return again however it was very expensive for 4 nights!

Convenient and quiet location, walkng distance to everything, even the Vatican City; however in a quiet location away from the noise and hassle of crowds. Near to restaurants where locals dine.

The Standard Room was the smallest we have ever stayed in. The Bar was too small for 4 people, never mind more. Breakfast Roof Terrace, very good. Reception Staff not very friendly, charge of €3 for 15 min Internet Facility highest we ever paid. Location very good. In our opinion NOT a 4 star Hotel.

Enjoyed our stay extremely clean, warm and elegant. Within easy walking distance to most landmarks, the Vatican being a 45 mins walk, but there is always tour buses to use. Breakfast typically continential. a pleasant stay. We will be returning to the hotel next year.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Rome in a nice, quiet alley away from the busy main road. You had all the major spots of Rome within minuts walking distance. Right up the alley from the hotel you could find two wonderful restaurants. Worth looking into!!! The rooms at the hotel was small, but nice and clean. The breakfast was nice and offered a small variety of food. Very helpful and friendly staff! We would defenetly stay here again!

they regulate the air conditioning at the front office which makes it impossible to set the temperature in the room. but they have the best scrambled eggs in the whole world!

A great small hotel in an excellent location & quiet street, 5 mins walk to Piazza Venezia & Pantheon. Bedroom was slightly small but very comfortable, clean & well furnished. Buffet breakfast very good & staff very helpful. Highly recommend & would definately return if visiting Rome.

The room was without bathtub, only shower. Room was clean but not any sunlight through the narrow window. Breakfast on rooftop was good. Totally difficult to be called 4 stars hotel.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff who helped to make the stay a success. Would certainly return and wouldn't hesitate reccomending to friends or family. A lovely little place!
