Please, give a train/subway itinerary to travellers from Fumicino airport to the hotel and from Rome Centrum to the hotel. This will facilitate a lot the travel because we got caught by a taxi driver who asked more than it deserves because he said the trafic, the luggage and the distance... bla bla bla. The personnel is very friendly: we sure will come back a second time especially when it is vacation.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was spacious and attractive. There is a bus nearby but we mostly walked to the Vatican. I would DEFINITELY go there again. Joan Clarke, Ashbourne, IRELAND

I had booked this hotel well in advance but without any notification the hotel staff told us that there was no room and that they had moved us to another hotel (Cesare) in another part of town. The Cesare was very good but I wasn't at all impressed at the change of booking without notifying me. Having said that the Cesare was closer to the Vatican and was excellent.

The Grand Tiberio Hotel is locate miles any from any of the main attraction in Rome. The staff was not very friendly and they did not seen to care with the exception was one bellman who tried very hard.

Far away from quite a few area's, we had to take the Metro everywhere. The hotel was nice. I would prefer to be in the heart of Rome though.

Grand Tiberio Hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever visited. The service and all the facilities offered by the hotel were excellent. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The staff provided excellent service. When one of my suitcases was temporarily lost by the airlines, the staff went out of their way to find it. The staff and the facility are professional in every aspect.

Generous and comfortable sized rooms with decent studs. Views minimal. No pool. Huge blue foyer lacking intimacy. Very helpful staff. 20 min walk to vatican. Close to rail and train.

I think this Hotel is best suited for large tour groups that make few or no demands on its staff. I have never encountered such unhelpful staff in all my years of travelling. And the prices charged for services incredible--the laundry especially, and the charge for international calls, even when using a calling card
