The exterior garden of hotel is great, calm from the busy city. Corridors toward the lifts are incompatible with the grading of 4 stars hotel.

I do not think the managemnt know if they want to be a hotel or a conference centre. I felt as hotel guests that we were secondary to the guests attending seminars. The hotel is NOT a few minutes from the Vatican,as it states in the hotel write up, It is 20 mins by bus, after a 10 min walk to the bus stop, and it would be impossible to walk to the Vatican, as ir is just too far We found the food/beverage staff to be rude and aggressive, and the hotel to be very run down and in need of a re-vamp.
