This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in,staff were ignorant,unhelpful,I asked if there was Metro stop nearby, They answered no however didn't tell me there was a bus stop right down the road,They were unpolite, here were insects in the bedroom and bathroom,Brochure says a stone throws away from historical centre,That is not true,It is pretty far,This is false advertising. I was given a twin room, When asked if I could have beds joined they basically said they would do it tomorrow,The showers were cold.I did not receive any info on breakfasts.There is no panoramic view as per website, Look in room 303. There is a wall right in front of window. How can you expect anyone to book with you ever again when you provide such a low class hotel. Its not even a 1 star hotel, I have stayed in hostels around the world that are 15 times better that this kip.I will never book with hotel club again because of this absolutely horrendous experience. This hotel are a shame to the Italian people,

Nice Hotel to stay in. A bit out from the city centre but 360 Muse bus took you into centre for €1. Bus stop outside hotel and buses very regular . No bar or restaurant in Hotel but if you take a five minute walk to parioli there is a great cheap street bar called bamba's. Plenty of lovely reasonable restaurants too. Would stay here again no problem.
