The room at Family House was dirty and the public areas too (WC, etc...) I've visited in Rome others better B&B for the same price.

We booked the room I booked a room with twin beds shared bathroom. When we arrived we were given a room with a double bed and a twin bed with bathroom in room. Room was very large and clean, the young women that was on duty was heplful and friendly. You have your breakfast next door at the bar and the owners are very nice. Overall our stay was pleasant. The only complaint was that the key to our room would not lock from the inside at night.

Family House location not as close to main railway station as shown on diagram (Take tram instead of walking). Meals merely a voucher for croissant and coffee at neighbouring shop - not value for money. Accommodation clean and spacious, but no English TV channels. TV in room did not work and wasn't fixed when requested. Staff have limited command of English; however central location is a big positive. Within walking distance of main railway station and colosseum and other roman ruins - a big plus.

The house is very smal and simple. The picture on the website looks mutch better then the reality. The breakfast is only one coffe and one bagette, not more. I don't come back again, sorry

We found the staff at the Family House extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. There was also no problem at all with language. For Bed and Breakfast type accommodation it was much better than a two-star hotel. Although advertised as being within walking distance of the central Termini Station, more important was the fact that it is very close to a Metro Station (Manzoni) where you can travel to many popular locations for only one euro. My family and I also found some excellent places to eat close by. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and have no hesitation at all in recommending Family House to anyone who wants to stay in Rome at a reasonable price.
