The manager of the hotel is incredible, helpful and did a great job. The instructiones and map on how to get to the hotel are terrible bad. We drove in Rome for about two hours to find the hotel.

Had we known the distance of the hotel outside central Rome and the difficulties of getting there from the airport we would not have chosen this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only problems we had were: no restaurant close by, and if you are late in reaching the local train station in time (by 10 PM) you will pay for a cab each time. Also the airport is so far off- it costs 60 Euros. The staff very pleasant, and the buffet was out of this world- very good indeed. Dr Gaur USA

Hotel itself is very good but should have been built next to a metro station. Location is bad, but with metro it's not a problem.

The staff were not responsive to a few things I had asked for, on more than one occasion. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet. Keep it up. The staff tried very hard to meet our needs. When full, the hotel was, in my opinion, understaffed. The air conditioning system was not what I expected from a quality name like the Holiday Inn.
