Stayed in room 404 Only one bedside table,no space 4 another.Looked into Well of Hotel ,not a great view but at least it was nice and quiet. Would stay here again.Breakfast good.

1) Had to ask for change of room, due to shower in standard room being physically too small for a 20st person to get into through twin sliding doors. Staff efficiently dealt with it though and gave us room with bath over shower instead. 2) Dining room cluttered with too many tables making access to/from breakfast buffet bar difficult. 2-3 tables should be removed. 3) Cooked breakfast lacked imagination and variety. Poor quality bacon/ham (90% fat - each of 4 days). But overall not a bad hotel for the price. Not as good as the web makes out but would stay there again if limited on budget. I would rate it at 2-3 stars though not 4.

Fantastic location for Termini and main attractions. Very helpful staff, clean room and beautiful common areas. Just a bit pricey especially as breakfast was not included in the price.

Maybe because of a very bad smell coming from the bath or because of the painting works in the hotel, I'm not sure to reserve again this hotel, even if the location is excellent for visiting Rome.

Found we were able to walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain from the hotel. There is a bus from right across the road to the Vatican (no 64) Tickets available from the tobacco store around the corner. The buses only cost 1 euro each way. There are plenty of nice shops on the same road but for retaurants you have to hunt around the back streets. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the maid service excellent. We had a room on the inside of the hotel looking out onto the courtyard and we would never have believed we were staying on one of the most busy roads in Rome. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast is plentiful but the coffee is awful. My advice is go for the juice. For those arriving in Rome by bus, please be aware that the hotel is just around the corner from the Termini, so don''t be conned by the taxi drivers. For those of you wanting a car to or from the airport. The Hotel wanted 55 euros each way. Normal taxi cost us 25 euros. Would definately stay here again.

Great location to navigate around the city. Surprisingly noise free considering the hotel is located on one of the main streets in Rome. Service and general information from hotel staff needs to be improved. Distinct lack of check-in info, inluding lift locations, stairs and exits. Look of amazment from staff when you actually ask to be given this info. Breakfast facilities and organisation an absolute shambles. It was clear that internal organisation of people working at hotel needs to be addressed.

the hotel was very good. the only thing,which was disturbing,was the air conditioning. we expected for that price and category to have the possibility of changing ourselves the temperature.when we arrived the roomed was heated up to 30 degrees.as by now you have still 18 degrees in rome it was a little hot. we found out that there was no possibility to cool down the room,when we asked the room service for help.so finally we had to sleep with open windows. the room service told us,that it was only a heater but not a conditioner for the hotel room. it was a little disapointing.except that everything was very fine as we think anyway it is a higher class degree for a hotel.
