extremely pleased with this hotel. the bungalows are cute and spacious. the staff were extremely friendly and provide a shuttle to the local train station. to get back to the hotel you have to get on a bus (but they provide you with times so that was helpful). wouldn't recommend if you don't like public transport but we really enjoyed our stay.

very nice and capable staff clear an well equiped rooms large and good beakfast but no flexibility on the hours. surroundings are horrible with too much troubles of transportation, no diner in rome center is possible but coming back with a cab (40€ at last)

The hotel lies quite a long way from the center of Rome, in addition there are no restuarants close by- i.e. having a means of transportation is key. The hotel staff were quite nice and both took us and picked us up from a nearby restaurant, as well as drive us to the train station to get us to Rome. The hotel food service was minimal (but the breakfast was fine).

Hotel is 50m from the Highway. Furnitures are old, warmness of hot water is oscillationg, but no surprise at all. If you are in Italy dont expect too much but pay a lot. And you will enjoy to be here. bert
