The rooms are quite small and the breakfast and facilities not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel - more like a 3 star. However, it was spotless and very central for sightseeing. Roof garden is lovely too.

Bit disappointed at hotel facilities. Fourth floor room had smell, we read reviews after and realised we must have got a non-renovated room. Staff friendly, but nothing special. Small rooms, average quality. Convenient to Termini, but that was best feature.

We were delighted with the location handy for trains and bus and in easy walking distance of many sites. Room was very good but expected tea/coffee facilities in room, would have taken kettle. Would stay there again.

friendly hotel in good position in Termini district.a great base to explore Rome on foot as it is within walking distance of many of its famous landmarks[ Trevi fountain,Spanish steps.Colleseum etc] and is surrounded by a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
