I just do not understand why double beds can not be made into two single beds as they are put together anyway... Why can't hotels offer 3 single beds for 3 people??? If they can not cater for 3 just say it!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel suited us perfectly. Well appointed rooms and a fabulous cold buffet breakfast. The location is good even if you do not have a car once you work out how to use the cheap public bus service that plies between the airport and Ostia (with its cheap metro to Rome) and stops right near the hotel. Some reception staff can seem a bit snooty but are quite nice really if you persevere with getting them to help.

We had an overnight stay at the Club Isola Sacra. We found it excellent value for money and very clean and tidy. Not much for our 10 yr old son to do, but we basically used it for an overnight stay on route.

The only hotel clerk on our last night was somewhat helpful. But the rest of our experience was terrible. The hotel is in an inconvenient area and that taxi service they use is a ripoff. They even charge per bag for luggage. One staff member was especially rude and his english was poor. This is not a 3 star hotel at all. Most extended stays in America are way better than this place. When our roof leaked from the rain, their solution was to put a towel and a bucket to catch the water. I would not recommended this place to anyone.

We only stayed for one night and the overall impression was quite good for the price (about 90 Euro/night) and we found the hotel sufficient for our needs then. It is situated a few kilometers away from the Fiuminicino airport but can only be reached by taxi. (Be careful to ask for the price first, otherwise you can be charged anything!) There is also a shuttle with limited tours, the latest at 10.30 AM from the hotel to the airport, from where you can reach the centre of Rome by train in about half an hour and at cost of 11 Euros each direction. The location was OK for us, but is not ideal for anyone wanting to go regularly to the centre of Rom. It is very close to Rome's historical port Ostia, though.

We were there only one night but were surprised at how large the room was considering it is a European hotel and we were used to very small rooms. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and the towels were great and so was the shower. It is located very close to the airport which was a great convenience for us. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be near the airport.

We chose this hotel based on location, price and reviewers comments. My wife and I had a morning departure from Rome's Fumicino airport and we did not to risk getting caught in traffic from a downtown hotel. The price was very, very good, the breakfast was adeqaute and the location was less than a 10 minute drive to the sirport with no traffic to contend with. The hotel room is small and if you are looking for a 4 star hotel this place is not for you. But to overnight, this place is exceptional.

Had a bit of trouble with the internet system, never did get it turned on for us. The restaurant was poorly staffed and poorly stocked, 1/2 of the menu was deleted when we asked, 1/2 of remaining was from frozen!
