We found this hotel great, it was very central to our needs just a short walk from the Vatican and public transport. The staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful with a great choice of food to suit everyone. We would definitively stay there again.

We have stayed at the Chambres on 3 occasions. We like the location which is in a quiet area near to the Vatican. The hotel is expensive compared to other more established hotels. Some of the rooms require updating. However, the staff are extremely helpful and overall we would recommend this hotel.

What can you say about a hotel like this? Although it's not the grandest hotel we've ever been to, it simply cannot be beaten for cleanliness, friendliness or location. 11/10 is not an overestimation of the quality to price ratio you get here, and if there is a friendlier person in all of Italy than the manager I would be suprised. Excellent value for money, fabulous location, heartily recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay and made even more so by the welcoming drink and extremely helpful staff. Internet facilities not available in room, though staff made front desk computer available when possible. Great shopping and dining at rasonable prices close-by. The desk clerk were excellent in recommending cafes or providing other local knowledge. Would definitely stay here again!

The service is excellent, the breakfast is okay. The hotel is located near a metro station (300 m), and only a few minutes from the Vaticaan.

Fantastic location right near the Vatican in lovely neighbourhood. Hotel Host (Sam & Co) were excellent and added a real personal touch. Breakfast was great. Room was ok and tv didnt work, but we weren't in the room for long so didn't worry about this.

Good location, close to the Vatican and easy for the metro. Some reasonable restaurants close by but recommend walking a little further for more of an atmosphere in the evening. Welcoming staff and good breakfast. Clean, functional room without too much chintz. A really enjoyable stay.

Very helpful and welcoming staff which made our visit all the more enjoyable. The hotel is in a good location to base yourselves whilst visiting Rome. Good restaurants in close proximity to the hotel for evening meals.

I would highly recommend this Hotel; the staff are so welcoming and attentive to all of your needs. The room was spacious and clean, large size bathroom and a high standard of cleanliness. A bonus factor was the location of the Hotel, within walking distance of St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. The area was close to a main shopping street and at night safe to walk around. Our stay was pleasant and memorable.

The hotel was ideally located about 5 minutes walking distance to the Vatican. A delicious continental breakfast (included in the price) which consisted of cereal, pastries, fresh fruit and juice and fresh coffee was served at the little cafe (which also acted as the hotel reception) on the other side of the street. We found the staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated.
