We were moved to Center 3 upon arrival although we told the reception we booked for Center One. The receptionist was very moody though and told us that was all they had and all other rooms were full.

We were booked for Center One Hotel but on arrival put into Center 2. When questioned about this they said that we could have been put into 1, 2 or 3. Center one has a nice breakfast room, Centre 2 is not nice. Breakfast consists of powdered orange juice from a machine and a choice of a roll, buter, and a croissant - no cereal, no fruit, no cheese, no cold meats. Coffee/tea was also from a machine which was out of order for 2 days with no alternatives put in place

We booked to stay at the Center One Hotel, but were very disappointed on our arrival to find that it's part of a set of four hotels, and we weren't actually in Center One. We ended up having to leave that hotel and walk to the next one with our suitcases - not much fun on a hot August afternoon. And the receptionist was pretty rude about how he told us.... Still the hotel was nice, and while not very central, was an OK location for the price. Nearest tube station is currently closed - so worth checking whether that's still the case if you're thinking of heading into the centre by Metro

Our room was immediately alongside the reception desk and was therefore noisy at times. However, it was the only room available as we arrived late, (21.00hrs. Staff were a bit indifferent, however, the rooftop breakfast room was very pleasant and was attended by a very cheerful, elderly lady. Hotel location is a bit too far from city centre and also from nearest metro. Surrounding streets were a bit dark and cheerless at night.

The hotel was fine, but the desk clerks (except the younger one) were rude-would ignore you when you would stand there to ask a question, wouldn't cash a traveler's check for $50. even! Didn't present a good picture for Italian hospitality!
