Should alllow guests to check in earlier when they arrive from an early morning flight. Would be better if staff is more friendly and rooms should be equipped with better lightings.

Because of exceptionally strict in change or ammendment of reservation, I will never take risk to book this Caprice Hotel.

This was the most expensive and worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel was very tired and very gloomy. To get to and from the elev the elevator one had to climb 13 steps. The elevator only worked if the door was closed. So if you were on the 4th floor, as I was, and the door hadn't closed properly on the 1st floor, the elveator wouldn't work.There was no sign The bathroom was unbearable. Not only was it tiny, there was no place to lie anything. Because of the flimsy shower curtain, one couldn't help but flood the floor. One could only sit on the toilet sideways. I am fairly short and thin, The breakfast was below average. On my last morning, there was NO HOT WATER!!: I called the desk. The man said I don't know what to say, sir

Quite OK hotel with friendly and good service. The only minor thing was that the rooms were quite dark (no reading possibilities for old eyes)

Nice little hotel with very central location. Rooms are pretty small, but big enough for 2 people. Staff were very friendly. th breakfast is very basic, but suppose typically European. (Im used to the full English breakfast on holiday so a roll with cheese is a bit of a blow). The room and En-Suite were clean, and maid service everyday. My advice for anyone staying in Rome is dont get too hung up about location of your hotel as long as it is in the city somewhere. We found that EVERYTHING you want to see in Rome is within walking disctance anyway..Maybe except the Vatican. Which is a must see. The underground is very easy to use at only 1 euro per trip.

The hotel tried to put my husband and myself in a single room with a double bed in it. The receptionist said this was a small room but was used sometimes as a double. They said they had no double rooms. When i seen the room i refused to take it and then i was given a normal double room. Not a very nice welcome.
