First room very poor. For a supposed Deluxe room there was no bath tub. Second Room TV didn't work. Location better than expected as local restaurants had better food at half the price as central restaurants. Reasonable transport to sites. Breakfast staff fantastic.

Very good 4 star hotel with services, provided by five star hotels. In our (Deluxe) room we had spa, slippers and dressing-gown. It was cheaper as it was February ( and having the special package from the hotel stay four nights for the price of three we paid for a deluxe room. Staff along with Breakfast was very nice.

Breakfast staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. Their Cappuccino's were first rate. A fair walk to the bus for the city centre.

Situated in a quiet part of Rome this hotel had excellent facilities and the staff were extremely helpful. To give an idea of it's proximity to the sights it took us about 45mins - 1hour to walk from here to the Colosseum.

The Hotel is a little too far out of the main part of the city to make things easy but there are both buses and trams available. The Hotel is very smart and efficiently run, the buffet breakfast is excellent and, for the price, a pleasant place to stay.

Phew, our initial reaction at the front desk was, thankfully, not the true hotel experience at all. The lady at the reception on our arrival (and departure) did not suit the hotel... unfriendly, unwelcoming and as if we were an intrusion. All other staff were what you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre, friendly and efficient. Both rooms we booked were adequate. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast and the delightful breakfast staff...they are sensational. And the capuccino's they make are delicious. Any request is met with enthusiastic response... our son was ill with a sore throat... hot water and lemon and some pills readily prepared. The breakfast team worth their weight in gold!

Availability from Termini station, unfortunately, is possible practically (with luggage) only by taxi which is often cheating. While beeing in the hotel, however, municipal transportation (tram) is very convenient. The hotel room is very spacious, conveniently equipped, the breakfast is really substantial and fine.

Hotel 10 or 15 minutes walk from centre of Rome but in very nice area with a couple of very good restaurants, trams and buses only a few minutes walk away. Very good buffet breakfast with lovely staff. Would definitely use it again.

This hotel was fine except for the service. The room was good, though the glass in the partition on the balcony was broken. Upon checkin the room had not been made up and it took a while to fix. There were four people at the Reception desk but they did not seem too focused on us as guests. The room was comfortable and the facilities were good.

Very nice hotel only 15 min by foot (through the park) away from main shopping district - nevertheless in a very peacefull area.

Friendly and helpful staff of associates. Central location was easy to walk to shopping, have dinner or take taxi. Hotel is very quiet and seems to be in safe location. We had to make two long distance (USA) phone calls from our room with no calling card, although we were only on the phone 10 minutes max, the calls only cost $3.00 Euros! Italy was great and the people were very outgoing. Cia Cia.
