We have stayed in Rome many times, and this time was for our Grandsons christening in San Giovanne in Laterano, The hotel is very well positioned, very easy to get to all sites in the centre of Rome, Rooms where extremely clean although basic and small, breakfast was adequate in a clean and airy roof top terrace, we would stay here again.

Great location!Everything except the Vatican is nearby.Kind wellcome and farewell.Rooms neither too spacy, no too tiny - just the sise when you only sleep in the hotel.Good breakfast in a surprising restourant on the roof terrace.Clean bathroom.Free map of Rome.If I returt to this city I'll choose the same hotel.

We only stayed at this hotel one night and that was enough. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Rome, this hotel is over priced. Only good point was that it was close to the Train Station but the general area is awful.

The personnel is most helpful and eager to make your stay pleasant.Bathrooms are in very good condition and airconditiong really works. In comparison to other Roman hotels in this range where I´ve stayed Borromeo is one of the few where I would stay again.I like to be treated politely and enjoy clean, quiet and pleasant to look at hotelrooms, in this Borromeo was a good choice!

The hotel was located on the main road and as such there was noise from the traffic. The Breakfast was made available but like most hotels in Rome it wasnt up to much. The Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal for a short sightseeing trip. We were able to walk to all the main sights apart form St Peters which was a bus ride away.

Room was in need of repair and painting. There was no air conditioning and main window opened onto main street at only one floor up from traffic. We transferred to a hotel opposite for our subsequent night in Rome at half the price and much superior quality and maintenance.
