The hotel was in excellent location, minutes from Termini station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for one person. Affordable compared to other hotels nearby. The bathroom was fully renovated and in very good condition. The breakfast menu could have been richer. The room had a smoky smell which I did not like. Overall, the hotel was good and I would recommend it to others.

The location is excellent, very close to Termini station. Reception people are kind and quite helpful. Rooms are big and air-conditioned. However, the hotel rooms lack clean towels. The shower is somehow old but works well.

The hotel has a good location, close to Termini. The reception is on the 2nd floor of the building but the staff is not very friendly, when I asked about how long it was going to take until I could get my passport back the answer was: when it will be ready. The pseudo-concierge asked me in the elevator if I was afraid of something. The single room did not even have a table and it was all but clean, there were stains on the walls and it was a bit smelly. For the same price I stayed in Rome at another hotel that had better service. It is true I only stayed 1 night and I did not meet too many of their staff so maybe the others are better.

It was very close to the train station which made it easy to get to the bus depot which took us to the airport. Not very central as far as sightseeing is concerned but good for people who like to do a lot of walking.
