The room funature is very standard doest not look five star hotel at all. The Bufeit didnot meat the expectation at all, there is no much of variety of food, it looks like a 3 star hotel bufeit to me, despite the hight night rate! I notice when I booking over the net, I got the wose location in the hotel the back yard rooms, I asekd to change my room but again end up in the back next to dumb location where the garbage collected between 5-6 AM was really very noice!!!!!

The service at the front desk was excellent, but in the bar was appalling and the bar prices were outrageous. For a 5 star hotel, the rooms though functional were fairly plain and sterile. The bathroom had been renovated splendidly except that it had no proper shower; just an outlet in the bathtub which was dangerous to use because of the liklihood of slipping and always drenched the surrounding floor area.

This is an old world hotel in very good location. We were woken early two mornings by the sound of staff moving furniture to set up a conference room located close to our bedroom.Request a room away from the stairwell as the sound seems to travel up the building through the open stairwell

On Arrival the Hotel had let a group of 50 guests stay an night longer and therefore moved us to another hotel. I was very unhappy with this even though it was to the same standard it was not as central.

Great location, close by the Spanish Steps. Great selection of restaurants close by and located directly on the tour bus route.

while our room was the largest by far of any during our three weeks in italy, it was old, tired and worn, in need of an update. The breakfast was disappointing in that the scrambled eggs and bacon were grossly undercooked. Front desk staff seemed impersonal, almost uncaring. Not worth the cost and not close to its rating.

High variation in style and size of rooms. some were newly decorated, others rather old and worn down. Nevertheless in excellent style and plenty of space compared to roman standard.
