1. The location of the hotel is excellent. Service was generally pretty good. 2. The hotel did not have any cleenex or tissue in the bathroom, even though there was a slot for tissue. When I asked forRead more one, they said they did not have any nor did they have any plan to have any. 3. The airconditioning unit dripped water on the floor and there was always a puddle of water on the floor just beneath the unit. 4. The knob on the water spout in the bathtub which you pull to turn water from the showerhead did not exist or broken but not fixed. It was quite a trick to pull the device without the knob to get the water from the shower. 5. The TV did not work. And repeated requests it did not get fixed. 6. The breakfast buffet was rather unremarkable. 7. Other than the excellent location, I did not think the price of the hotel was matched the amenities. 8. I would probably stay in a different hotel next time.Hide

We were very satiesfied with our stay for 8 days at this hotel, and the service was eminent. 2 comments: 110 volt made us deliver the mobilphone in the reception for loading which they did in the kitchen.Read more Somebody hade tried to use it, so we hade to ask the phonecompany to send the puk-code by mail to be able to use it again. Breakfast is included, but when I asked for a fried egg they charged me for R$ 5. Stupid for a 4 * hotel, and we got this free in all other hotels in South America (5 countries). Schrambled egg is only for Americans; tast nothing and look awful.Hide
