I was only disappointed in the pool, ehich was milky/murky and I did not go in. I look forward to pools when I stay at hotels so this was a great disappointment. I went and checked the other Good Nite inn on Airport drive near by and their pool was great looking. I wish the doors to the buildings were secured with a key card. I would not let this keep me from staying there again. It was perfectly clean and updated and the price was right.

I booked because I was under the impression that it was near the airport. Its not, so if you need ready access to San Francisco International, pick a different hotel. I stayed at the Good night inn that was near SFO. VERY average indeed. Much better places to stay.

The booking was not confirmed at the hotel and they had no record of the reservation. I had to pay again for the night. The booking ID number 11839539 and confirmation that you sent me was not confirmed with the hotel and ended up with some major problems upon my attempting to check in. After paying AGAIN the next morning I was driven to the airport by the hotel manager in an effort to make up for the difficulties. Please issue my credit card a refund for this night.

The room which i stayed in has an unpleasant background view. It was covered by bushes and untrimmed long coarse grass. If the surroundings can be improved, the stay would be so much better and enjoyable. I stayed in room 127. The swimming pool is well taken care of. I realized people enjoyed using it. Spa/jakuzzi is always good to have next to a pool. Good luck!

A very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. I just stayed for one night, so couldn't enjoy it very much. It is about 30 minutes drive from SFO airport. It was quite difficult to locate it at night.
