I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of August. I was very pleased to find that my single room was quite large. The facilities were great and service was good. Location is handy as you can jump on a tram which will take you into town, or you can walk. The only down side was that on my first night, there appeared to be hair on my pillow, which I spoke to reception about the next morning. They sent the manager up to inspect and arrange changing of the sheets. Also, the english of one of the staff at reception was not that good, so she failed to explain properly the circumstances behind my TV not working and kept advising a repairmen was coming in the morning to look at it, which felt like she was giving me a mechanical response. It finally got looked at on my 3rd day there. As I was on my own, a working TV would have been a nice background distraction in the evenings. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. AS - Bristol

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel very much. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions with ease. Secure parking is available right outside the hotel. The restaurant serves delicious food and the rooms are comfortable and roomy. It is a bit farther away than we expected from the advertisement, but we did walk to and from Wenceslas Square one afternoon, so it is possible. I would recommend it and would also stay there again.

Although this property is slightly out of the centre of the city, with a tram stop and metro train station at the door, it was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly when we did not speak the local language. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights and felt very welcome and although the facilities were quite basic they were extremely clean and tidy. The staff on reception and in the restaurant and wine bar were very friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

One of the staff at the hotel had a very poor attitude and was rude to us on one occasion in front of other guests. Until we got there we didn't realise that the wine bar was shut on two of the four nights we stayed there.

The hotel was lovely and next to a tram stop, so it was very easy to get to the town. the only draw back was the breakfast, It was disgusting. Advertised as a hot buffet, it consisted of roast potatoes, polony and fried eggs that had been stood for hours and were freezing cold. Well worth a visit if you're not bothered about eating breakfast though.
