this is a perfectly situated hotel for travellers. clean and spacious rooms, excellent friendly staff, great prices and adequate breakfast buffet. YOU will NOT be disappointed in any way in staying here..A two minute walk into the main town and a great view makes this a home run :)

The Tulip Inn Terminus Prague hotel is located in a very undesirable location on the corner of an extremely large (possibly 6 lane) busy crossroads with a fly-over to add to the scenic view (not) and also opposite a huge railway complex!! When you approach from the airport you gasp with horror - this can't be our hotel. There was loads of Grafiti on the walls and no more than 10 mtrs away drug dealing was actively taking place most days/nights. Behind the hotel there are homeless/ user soup kitchens and hostels. There is no way I would want to re-visit this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone which is a real shame as the reception staff were pleasant and aimed to please. The room was cleaned with fresh linen every day and we were not hussled out which to us was a real bonus. However, the breakfast catering staff were grumpy and boarder line rude and drink facilities i.e coffee tea was kept to the very bare minumum in our room. When you were IN the hotel you felt safe.

This is a nice business hotel, just between the Masaryk and Main (Hlavni) stations. The hotel is also ideal for visitors to the University of Economics (VSE). Very busy traffic on both sides of the hotel and the area is a bit seedy, but this goes with being a station-area hotel. I asked for a quieter room away from the street, got one facing the street, but it was surprisingly quiet. Free internet access was useful. There is a tram stop behind the hotel, but it is also possible to walk to the old town and then on the Charles Bridge.

Rooms are clean and very confortable, breakfast is very good too! It takes 20min walk to old town square and 30min to Charles' Bridge. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Have a pleasant stay.

Quality hotel with cheap room rate. I haa a problem in locating the hotel because freely available Prague map shows wrong position of the hotel.
