Service: If telephone access is part of the service, then it is quite bad. My husband could only reach me in my room well after midnight local time. At all daytime attempts to call me, he got a message: All operators are busy, please call later. Location: The walk to the subway is quite long and unpleasant since it is through industrial area. If it were through shopping or residential area it would be different.

Bad experience to stay in this hotel, staff not cooperative, no good facilities, even though at the time of booking mentioned there is safe and internet service, but nothing is there in room, when reception they deny and totally not cooperative, and location is too far from main city

Expensive bar but the sport bar was much more reasonable (provided you can resist the bandits. Swimming pool prices a rip off though.

Very nice hotel, excellent service with frinedly helpful staff. Varied menu in all restaurants, with competitive prices. Lots of information given for Prague, with many handy hints for new visitors, colurful maps and travel guides provided freely. Highly recommended hotel

Nice complex with good amenities. The complex is so large our room was quite a walk from the restaurants and front desk. There was a bus stop at the complex entrance, but the combined bus and underground ride to the city center was 45 minutes.

Huge hotel with old communist flair. Rooms are clean with no comfort. Many tour buses use the hotel, many young groups, sometimes noisy. No light blocking curtains, that let you wake up at 5:30am in summertime. Bus line in front of the hotel which connects to metro station. If only the price is your criteria then the hotel is ok. I will not use the hotel again.

Great value for your money! Just be aware that the bus from Chodov to the Hotel runs every 30 min (from around 5 pm until 00:30) so plan your return carefully.

This has to be the place to stay when in Prague. The only thing I would want to make it perfect is Bacon for breakfast and use of the pool included in price.

The Top Hotel Praha was very good, big and nice. the location i think was very good, the buss stopped right outside og it. and drowe right down to metro. the breakfast and the restaurant could be higher standard though. i will use it again. and i can recomend it.

Nice hotel for very good price. The room was not the best, but absolutely ok. The only problm that you have to pay for wellness. It's expensive, but really good quality.

An excellent 4* star hotel. Good services, facilities,claeanlinees and helpful staff. A good choice of resaturants in the hotel, as well as a gym, swimmming pool and sauna all included in the price. The hotel has a 24 hour casino.

On arrival the hotel did not have a booking confirmation for us,so we were not expected, fortunately we had our copy of the booking & they were able to allocate a room for that night, the staff were very helpful & the next day they were able to get the booking confirmed, we would have had a problem if they had not had accomodation available. We were impressed by the efficiency of the staff and the hotel facilities.

Excellent hotel and quite luxurious. Although quite a way from the centre the public transport to and from the hotel was punctual, inexpensive and regular. Highly reccommended.
