Location of hotel is good, though somewhat noisy from the traffic nearby. Being close to a metro station is good for those persons who can use public transportation. Thought the price of a room is rather high.

The staff were fantastic, very helpfull with directions and when dealing with lost luggage from the airport. Their languages skills were beyond expectation - jumping fluently from one to another to ensure that multiple customers were kept happy. They also coped very well when there was a small crowd of drunken English hooligans running around upsetting the kitchen and bar staff. Thanks guys and well done.

The Olympik Tristar Hotel is a great Hotel to stay at and I would recommend it again to anyone. The only problem with the Hotel is it's location which is situated a few kilometers away from the Town Centre. However you can get the 24 Tram or a Taxi which will cost approximately 300 crowns (£6.00).

Good 3* star hotel only three metro stations from city centre. Ideal location. Metro station few minutes walk and tram outside hotel. Adequate breakfast with rolls, ham, cheese, cereals and boiled eggs. Would recommend for a city break.

The Olympik Tristar is only 10 minutes by metro from the centre of Prague. The reception and cleaning staff are very helpful and friendly. the restaurant and bar staff could take lessons in customer service. However I would use this hotel again.
