We enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The outlook from the hotel across a flyover is not good but it is convenient for the centre. The staff were very attentive but the bar left a lot to be desired.

While the hotel is very central and clean with a very good breakfast we did not find the reception desk very helpful in that when we asked to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checking out we were merely given a key to a lock up room with no one accompanying us to see that we did not take anything away. This meant that anyone could have walked out with other people's pieces of luggage especially small items.

If you are looking for a basic, good value hotel, this is a good bet. Rooms are large and clean, and service is fine. There is only a walking distance (10 mins) to the historic centre of Prague!

Reception staff were very good. Dining area staff not friendly or helpful. Shower very inadequate and wardrobe space limited. No bottled water supplied in room. Handy to trams etc.

Bed was so hard gave us back aches. Made us feel miserable while exploring the city. Insulated windows are needed to muffle the traffic sounds so patrons can sleep better. However, The breakfast was wonderful!!!!! Thank you.

This hotel was good value for money (in Prague, that is). It was well located 10 minutes walk from centre and close to Metro and tram stations. The breakfast was very good with many dishes - sometimes it was a bit too crowded. The room for 3 was spacious and it was newly renovated with good standard - we however missed a minibar in the room. The lobby, elevator and stairs were not impressive, but functional. Cleaning was excellent and the service good.
