Recommended for family. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Free internet facility at the entrance lobby & also in the room (if you have your own laptop) was very useful. Would stay here again.

Very clean rooms and location is great - still in walking distance to main centre and Charles bridge. Breakfast provided was simple but good and staff were friendly.

the best 3 star hotel that I have ever been to. 4 star service and facilities. Strongly recommended. Definitely will stay there again when I go to Prague next time.

Paying extra for the in room safe is a little irritating, especially as it's an old fashioned type with a key rather than the 4 digit code digital one. the safe was also too small. Other than that a nice hotel with friendly front desk staff.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even if it was the 22nd of December and most of the staff wanted to leave for the Christmas break, they were able to be very flexible about my needs and my check-out time.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough for us. They provided user friendly maps, details of the trams and tubes and provided tickets for no extra charge and explained how to use them. This is the second time we have used this hotel and would certainly return again.

Lovely people at the hotel, and it's in a great location not far from the main attractions of the city, absolutely walking distance. My only criticism is having the smoking area right next to the reception by the free internet - and I am a smoker myself. It's just a bit much.

Standard of cleansliness excellent, staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast good with fresh fruit and biscuits/cakes as well as the usually items supplied as a continental breakfast. Location very good, within easy walking distance to the town centre and the trams and metro for more extensive travel, Good restaurants serving excellent food at reasonable prices within a few minutes walk of the hotel

Excellent value -- you don't pay for frills such as porters (carry your bags by lift/elevator), lounges, etc. Room very good (tho only twin beds), but no fridge (but ice and cold drinks available from reception), and (curtained) shower cubicle small. V good buffet breakfast. V well situated between Namesti Miru and IP Pavlova metro stations and tram routes, with lots of good nearby restaurants (recommend: Pivovarsky Dum restaurant with micro-brewery). In a pleasant, tree-lined, quiet side-street -- but in hot weather you may want the double-glazed windows open, and all-night trams in the nearby main street can be noisy. But still better than most Prague hotels for this.

The hotel is quite good located, 5 min from Wenceslao pl, and 2 min from the subway (Nam. miru or Pavlova). Staff very friendly Free internet connection in the rooms. A computer at the reception can be also used for internet. I would stay there again

A good, simple hotel that may not have all the luxuries but has everything you need, and very friendly staff. The rooms are small but spotless, and there are two Metro stops nearby.

The Hotel Lunik is ideally located within easy walking distance of the Square, excellent restaurants, the Metro and tram stations (watch out for pickpocket gangs in public places though, I was robbed on the Metro). The hotel rooms while not large, are very adequate, clean and comfortable. The hotel represents very good value for money in a city where accommodation is relatively expensive.

The only minus is that there is no minibar (meaning no fridge). Otherwise it is a bit expensive, but Prague is probably one of the most expensive places to stay anyway. I paid 60 euro for London and Paris and 92 for Prague, all in three star hotels! Overall, without having stayed in any other hotel in Prague I might choose it again next time.

Staff spoke good English. A fan in the room in the summer momnths would have been useful as the vey handy trams were also very noisy during the night. Basic breakfast but it was all there Location was excellent- quite close to Wenceslas Square, trams and Metro just 150 metres away.
