This hotel is not 4 star and not 2 minutes from the square no public transport nearby breafast just soso washing charges over the top but reception staff are excellent

The hotel receptionist was very pleasant. We asked about a local restaurant to eat at, and he went ahead and booked the meal without no prompt - very good service. In addition providing help with taxi's and the general places to see in Prague was also welcomed!! Thanks

No problems at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sorted out taxi's and airport transport very reliably. They spoke very good English, which helped us alot. Hotel spotlessly clean and rooms very comfortable. Room had a well stocked mini bar. The hotel was very quiet with no noisy English stag parties to be seen. Nice quiet location, but 15 minute walk to Wenceslas Square. Didn't bother us too much because weather was nice. Wouldn't hesitate staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended !!!

A beautiful hotel... Very new, very clean, very quiet.....apart from a little noise from the road outside....A short walk into the centre of Prague but worth it as it out shines some of the tattier city centre hotels...Would definitely go again and recommend to others. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
