I have no hesitation recommending this Hotel - the staff were very helpfull, the breakfast was excellent - and the location was also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague and the Fenix Hotel

The k+ K Fenix was in a perfect location. Our room,although not large was clean and comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed. Staff were friendly and efficient

Reception service was outstanding. Very pleasant and professional staff. We stayed eight days and I would have liked the floor to be vacumed during that time but other room cleaning was good. Cleaner very pleasant. It was difficult to get a meal other than breakfast if you did not want room service as very few tables were ever free. All in all a very good hotel. Would recommend it to others

First night we arrived at 10pm and discovered even though I had requested a double room we had twin beds and this was our honeymoon, when we asked to be moved we were told nothing could be done until the next day, when they covered the two twin beds with a double sheet and that was it. Every night in the hotel bar at about 11.45 they used a floor cleaning machine which made a lot of noise and disturbed other guests aswell, the bar was only open until 1am why not start the cleaning then.

Location is very convenient (just off Wencelas square) but right next to two strip bars which attract gangs of stag parties and have rival gangs of promoters outside trying to drum up clientele. There was no problem with noise in our room but the location was not that romantic. Hotel was very clean and newly refurbished and breakfast was excellent.

This was a wonderful stay, I took my daughter for her 40th birthday present.it was great value for money. The hotel was all we could ask for, we found NO faults. Every one was so very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Advice on where to eat excellent, booking a dinner cruise so easy. It was wonderfully quiet, the room pleasant and well equipped. What more can i say except THANK YOU, TO ALL WHO MADE IT SO GOOD. THANK YOU!

An excellent hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Ideally located although prudes amongst you may not wish to walk past two strip clubs just a few doors away. Lots to see in Prague and this is an ideal base.

The hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the location of the hotel was very undesirable and for that reason only I would not stay at it again. e.g. nightclubs etc cheap and seedy. My husband did not like leaving the hotel at night without me !!!
