We came to the Hotel with a booking and they told us there was no room left and they allocated us instead in Grand Hotel 100 meters away. This is simply not accepatble (though we had to accept it) and this is why I rate 0 in most correspondance ratings. They told us Grand Hotel was the same company and same type of Hotel=> same price. Coming back from our trip I have checked and The Grand Hotel we were allocated is supposed to be 5 or 10% cheaper but we were charged the original price => this not fair. The other ratings I give apply both to Seifert Hotel we had booked and Grand Hotel we slept in. Seifert Hotel is as responsible as Grand Hotel for the poor stay we had. The main drawback is thin walls which prevented us from sleeping : they are so thin that when someone in another room walks it is like some elephants running (HONESTLY!). We were not lucky because it was not just a neihbor walking but a party in another room with people screaming (HONESTLY!) so this more like angry elephants fighting. So I could not sleep till 4 am. In addition people from the Hotel were not very friendly and tried to get more money from us : they tell 14 euros for the parking and then try to get 16 euros instead when we left. Ths most noisy and worst hotel of my life.

Nice little hotel with nice staff , very close to the transports, but no air conditioning - difficult to stand the heath.
