I was disappointed to find that I was not staying in the hotel shown in your advertising, but in a building over the street. That meant for any hotel service going through two locked doors and over the road. Inconvenient. A suggested improvement would be to include detailed information (in the customer's first language) on how to use the public transport system. Just a pamphlet in each room or available at reception would be enough.

We have Stayed at hotel Kafka twice in the past 3 yars, and we think that the hotel is a very nice place to stay. The only thing we do not like,is that is no lift up to the 3rd. floor. Otherwise we enjoy the stay at your hotel.

i was to say the least very disappointed with my accommodation there was a clear indication of a swimming pool at the hotel which indicated a more than average hotel there was none !!!

The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. A basic hotel the room we were allocated was a very good size excellent tram service to the centre of Prague within walking distance An enjoyable stay

The Kafka Hotel is in a good location with the trams only 3min walk and the old town centre only 15min walk. There is a steep hill to contend with therefor not good for people with wheelchairs, problems etc. The apartment was spacious, clean and warm. The only downfall was the breakfast. Towards the end of our stay, it was obvious that the food was not getting replaced with fresh food. Gradually the eggs went off, bread was getting stale and the milk was turning into cheese! But apart from that it was good for the price.

Hotel is quite good for that price. Bathrooms are renovated. Rooms are quite large. There is a nice patio and location is good. Short tram trip to the city centre.

First 3 nights there were great. the onlt problem was on our last night, after going away for 2 nights. We were put in a different room- the cable/ satellite didn't work, so we only got 1 channel. The bigger problem was the terrible sound outside our window at 8 in the morning, with the maids using a very loud mechanical lift to lower laundry to the basement- went on forever and left us with a headache for the day. Any room other than 102 would be fine...

I'm so sorry but we stay in Amadeus Hotel and I can't say anything about Kafka Hotel. Amadeus Hotel is very good, comfortable, services is ok. Hotel have a good location.

Hotel is very basic however the people that run it are extremely friendly. It`s ideal for a cheap hotel where you only need somewhere to keep your bags safe and put your head down.

A real disaster, the hotel Kafka is classified in Hotel Club as 3 stars and hot deal. It is absolutely not a 3 star hotel, we have been in a 3rd floor without elevator in a small room. Bathroom with only towels, TV working bad, no furniture, not even a place to put the luggage, phone not working. The breakfast really poor and the service and mood of the personnel was bad. One advice: DON'T GO.

This hotel has does not have a pool as described by you, no terrace, no bar, no shop, no parking facilities, no roomservice. It was a dump...

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The facilities were fairly basic, but adequate for our needs. The staff reasonable responsive. A good location and aparently good value. Breakfast should not be missed!

Taking into account, this is a capital city, the hotel provided good value for money. Although basic it was spotless. 25 minutes downhill walk to Wencelas Square but a tram is possible. A super bonus is a fridge in some of the rooms
