Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff, very easy to get to using excellent public transport system the only issue was that they advertise a shuttle bus which runs to and from the hotel/metro which didn't run on any of the five day's we spent there!

We arrived Prague early in the morning and to the hotel around 7:30a.m. As we planned to put our luggages in the hotel first and then visited the central area of Prauge. It was very nice that the hotel arranged a room for us without asking for extra charge. Also, the breakfast is good. But one of the staff at tourist information counter is lack of politeness.

HOTEL STAFF IS VERY RUDE. MY ROOM WAS DIRTY WHEN I CHECKED IN. NO AIR CONDITIONING. BREAKFAST NOT BAD. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. ý WONDER WHERE THEY GOT 4 STAR RATING FROM. DESERVES NOT MORE THAN 2.

Except for a few exceptions I've never seen such an unfriendly staff in a 4 star hotel. It really look you are just bothering them all the time!!

Good price ( disappointed that double was two singles together) About 15 mins from city centre but very easy and very cheap with two bus stops and four metro stops (bus stop just across the road from hotel) Rooms very warm which was nice in a very cold February Prague. The hotel sports centre very good and cheap. Generally all round the hotel is good and good value for money - if you shy away from room mini bars and the likes but these rates are high in any hotel.

THE BEDS IN THE ROOMS AND BEDROOMS IN GENERAL WERE QUITE DISSAPOINTING FOR A 4* HOTEL, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE REST OF THE HOTEL I.E. SERVICE, FOOD, SPORTSCENTRE, CASINO ETC WERE VERY NICE, WOULD DEFINETELY CONSIDER GOING BACK!

The hotel was very comfortable and cosy, the food was excellent. the staff were friendly. I could not fault anything. except I would have thought the swimming pool would have been free to the hotel guests. I certainly would return to this hotel

Rooms basic but comfortable. Excellent lobby, bar and restaurant area for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast choice excellent. Public transport an absolute breeze to use so don't worry about the hotel location being out of town.

This hotel is very nice the people where very nice but it is just a bit out of town but there is a bus right outside the hotel that brings you stright into town. It will take about 15 mins on a bus

A hotel that offers a great deal for the price they charge you. Most of the staff speak decent to good englisch and will be able to help you with most of your questions. The only weird thing was that when we didnt have warm water in the shower and asked for a mechanic (the only one we met who didnt speak englisch), he felt the water and said it was normal. Assuming that the cold water was as 'hot' as it would get, we took our shower anyway and suddenly found out that after 3 or 4 minutes the water gets steaming hot :) Dont be fooled by its outward appearance. From a distance it may seem a little dated and uncared for, but from the inside its well worth the price.

The rooms are good for the price. However, the Duo SportsCentre (gym, sauna, bowling alley, pool table, etc.) is an extra and has to be paid for separately. A frequent public bus service takes you in 10 minutes to the nearest underground station, from where the centre of Prague is only 10-15 minutes away.
