good relationship between price and quality, clean and spacious. There were few restaurant and not so much to do in the surrounding area, but the hotel was closed to the metro, so it was very easy reach the city centre and have fun.

A nice hotel with friendly, efficient staff, but the streets surrounding the hotel looked a little dodgy on first sight, but we forgot... we were not in an English city and any threat was wrongly perceived, and not actual. The public transport links were excellent.

The room was very clean and had a nice shower and bathroom. The staff at the front desk was not friendly, and actually, was a little scary. Our initial check in receptionist was a female version of Arnold Schwartznegger who ordered us around. The spa area was only open for brief periods of time, and the hotel was not as nice as the website portrays. The surrounding area was rather sketchy, but you could take the #8 tram from downtown almost to the door of the hotel. It's a fairly long walk if you decide to take the metro. The hotel was okay, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

If we ever want to visit Prague again, we most sertainly would stay at hotel Carol.We truly recommend this hotel to other visitors to Prague.Thank you for making our "home" in Prague such a nice place.

A very good hotel which has been renovated to a high standard.A little way from the city centre but a short ride on the metro which is nearby.I would use this hotel again.

It is probably the best relationship between quality and price i have ever experienced.The hotel can be rated as 4-star one,but prices are lower than they should be,because of the location which is not exactly central but it will take you only 15 mins to get to the centre by tram/metro.
