They refused to accept my accommodation voucher so I ended up paying the bill twice. I now have to unravel all of this so either don't pre pay for a hotel or don't go to the Holiday Inn Prague.

The receptionist was not very pleasent on arrival as he was very demanding about a credit card i didn't have. He told me at first i will not be able to stay, even after i explained to him the situation. You don't need service like this, makes you think twice about returning?
