The price was only reasonable because of the HotelClub deal. Other available rates were much more expensive. I would definitely stay here again assuming I could obtain a similiar deal. Location and service were both great.

We both enjoyed a fantastic stay. From the moment we got out of the taxi, until the moment we left, all the staff were helpful, courteous, friendly and welcoming. I don't believe that anything more could have been done to make our stay better. There were lots of little 'extras', such as flowers, chocolates, etc, and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant tables were booked without any fuss and the communication was fantastic. Our thanks to the receptionists, porter, waiting staff and manager.

THE HOTEL IS IN THE HEART OF THE OLD CITY AND IS IN WALKING DISTANCE FROM ALL THE POINTS OF INTEREST. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING AND THE HOTEL HAS GREAT CHARM. WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF WE RETURN TO PRAGUE.

Room could be better if additional phonepoint socket was provided for e-mail use. Prefer fresh milk rather than UHT at breakfast table. Wider range of cereals for breakfast could be an improvement. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Generally I would have no problems with booking and staying there again
