Hotel does not deserve **** No swiming pool was in the neighborehood, as stated. Overall stay was OK for this price.

Receptionists at the hotel are ordering some kind of private taxis where you are paying 250-300 CZK, just for going to the centre, which is about 2-3 km away only. When I was going back opposite direction with e.g. CITY TAXI +420 257257257, I paid just 120CZK with the tip, so avoid receptionsts. I also noticed that each of these weird taxi? (some of them do not even have taxi signs on their cars) drivers every time before starting the trip are going to the reception and giving some money (MY MONEY!!!) as a bribe... Anyway, hotel is quite old, a little renewed, but I would give max 3 stars. I will consider staying there next year, as it is convenient location for all shows. REMEMBER - CALL ANY TAXI SERVICE (I am using one above, but feel free to choose any). Price from/to airport is around 450-500 CZK. Regular price for entering the cab is 34 CZK +25 CZK/km. ALWAYS CHECK THE PRICES ON THE CAB'S FRONT DOOR, especially in the centre/old town

There were no tea/coffe facilities in the room which was rather disappointing and no morning room service until after 10am. However the mini bar was very reasonably priced. The hotel clientel was very multi-cultural and staff worked well to cater for all.

Location is outside of the heart of city and outside of any local tourist maps. Don't expect to find the place when you first arrive. Best to take taxi from train station to hotel -- be sure taxi has a meter. Once at hotel, the local tram is 2 blocks away and pretty convenient to prague center and generally where you want to go. However, location is a little isolated at night and so I would be cautious for single women travelers.

Excellent hotel! There is a tram and a metro station near the hotel- but it is about half an hour to get to the city centre. Breakfast is excellent but the waitresses should be friedlier- take away the breakfast even though you haven't finished.
