Hotel was OK for the price. Bathroom needs refurbishment, also very small and uncomfortable. Buffet breakfast was good, missing hot food though.

The worst feature of this hotel was the rock hard beds. It is also in an outer suburb of Prague which makes it a bit awkward getting there as we were told by several people not to use taxis as the drivers are all thieves - thus 2 tram trips from the station with a couple of suitcases each. On the positives - it's quiet, there is a good restaurant in the hotel, breakfast is OK and it has free e-mail for guests. We wouldn't rate it as highly as other 3 star hotels we stayed at in Europe but it was the dearest of all the 3 star hotels and they charge extra to use the room safe.

The hotel is outside the city centre, but it is close to a metro station, and the excellent public transport system in Prague makes it very convenient, cheap and fast to get in and out of the city. The hotel is in a quiet residential area. With no traffic or other noise at night, it was easy to sleep.

Our Bartender was great at the hotel bar. He didn't have perfect English but he made a great effort. Our hotel was close to the subway which was very convenient and easy to take.

Good value for money hotel, close to metro which only takes about 10 mins. to reach city centre. Only gripe, could do with tea and coffee making facilities in rooms.

Metro was bit more than promised 200 meters (0,8-1.0 Km), still within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and versatile.

This is a 3 star hotel, as advertised by the hotel & Prague Tourist Information/- via other internet sites. Why does < website > advertise this hotel as a 4 star >. This is at best a 2+ star; the bar is non-existant, the restaurant is small with a limited menu, the terrace bar was closed despite good weather and the facilities advertised (snooker, sauna, jacuzzi, etc.) have limited access. Cable TV is local reception only (not even CNN ;-(() ..... The staff however are excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were driving and did not know where we were when we entered the city. A citizen said he would lead us to hour hotel which turned out to be 30 minutes away. Location is great for access to trams and underground. Their restaurant is excellent. Food is freshly prepared and tasty.

Due to the flooding in Prague the Metro is not working and so the Hotel is much more difficult to reach. Special trams have been organised but it takes about 40 min. to get from the center to the hotel. Many people use this service and so it is almost impossible to sit during the transfer. On the other hand the trams travel very frequently and the price is cheep. 72 hours ticket costs 200 czk or approx. 7.5 Euro.
