the first room we stayed in was very small and very loud even so I aked in my application for a quiet room. We could not sleep the first night. Next morning I asked for another room. that one was o.k. Breakfast was very good. Roomservice was very poor. Hair still on the floor of the bathroom and the walls were dirty. Towels were poor for a 4-star hotel and no washcloth for the face, so one had to wash the face with a big towel. Some of the towels had holes. In the room were two bottels of water, each for Euro 10,00!!! Crazy!! The shuttle to the hotel from the airport was more expensive than from the hotel to the airport! No reason given! The waiter in one of the restaurants was extremely arrogant and impolite. I guess the fact that he spoke English and German well, was for him reason enough. I travelled with my daughter who went to a congress nearby.

Distance from city centre is exactly as described on this website - 2 minutes to the bus station and 10 minutes from the city. Hotel is what one expects from a 4 star property. The hot buffet breakfast is a welcome change from the usual cold buffet at most European hotels. Staff are friendly and have good communication skills. Excellent price for this time of year . Recommended.

Panorama is excellent hotel, good value for money. Recommanded for those who likes spending part of time in hotel, has a pool, whirpool, sauna... Best breakfast ever... I would always stay there. Four metro stations from city center cca 10 min.

Nice Hotel, very convenient as its situated right next to metro station. 5 mins and your in prague centre. Very helpful staff, booked all of the excursions we went on. Got overcharged by the Hotel Taxi, breakfast food was cold both morning we got it. Buffet style. Other than that, very good hotel, well worth what we paid for it.

Excellent location and a very comfortable room. The swimming pool and sauna were well maintained. There was no noise at night and the cleaners left us alone to sleep late and check out late. The only negative comment I have is that hotel staff weren't very friendly. However, overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel price was very good but the service -same as anywhere else in Czech Republic- was quite bad. They seem to have a problem with the general concept of hospitality! On a practical note: 1. Despite the price of B&B being ok, all other hotel services were very high priced. Internet at 3 euros for half an hour or swimming pool 13.5 euros a pop is a pure rip-off. 2. Most of the staff were ok but some of them were quiet rude. 3. The location isn't bad. It's right on the metro line C. 4. Breakfasts were good. 5. Other meals weren't that good.

Stayed for the first time in December 2002. It was so good that I booked it again for December 2003. Nice friendly staff and only four stops on the metro to Museum.
