Hot water was an issue on the weekend. The clerk on the first night was super nice and helpful. The clerk on the last day wasn't polite or helpful and really didn't seem to want to be either of those things.

This hotel was clean, close to facilities and friendly. It is not the best, but it certainly is not the worst. We would definately stay here again, good value for money.

I had no problems what so ever and had a very good stay, two of my friends had some money stolen from their rooms however and the hotel did not seem particularly interested although this could just have been a language barrier.

Located 5 min to the main attraction and also 10 min walk to the station. neat and clean roams. Breakfast did not have much options but none the less the location was excellent.

This is not a good value even for Prague. The front desk is a tiny kiosk and the reception was cool and impersonal. Basically they take your passport, give you your keys and you're on your own. A simple smile would have been nice. No common areas whatsoever. The maid service was efficient and transparent so OK in this respect. Breakfast was meager and first day there were no eggs left and none forthcoming.

This hotel is close to the train station and the area is a tad dicey at night. Its a very secure location (you have to buzz to be let in) but its outward appearance is not very friendly. We had to step over a passed out drunk in front of the hotel one of the nights we stayed there. The rooms were ok, but the shower was marginal at best and there was a lot of noise from the hallway. The breakfast was weak by European standards, and one morning they ran out of some key items. The help was mixed - one of the men at the desk was very gruff and rude, but an older women was very helpful and arranged transportation to the airport for us. Although its not a terrible place, I'd urge travelers to consider other venues.

Staff were very helpful and made the stay in the hotel very easy and enjoyable. Location was 5 minutes from the centre of old town where there are many bars and resturants. A short walk to the castle and other delightful sights.

Good location but expensive for what you got and how they treated you.

Great Hotel. Really good location, only a short walk to the metro stop. The Hotel room was surprisingly large, with a nice high ceiling. Only complaint would be the smelly bathroom water. But would definitely stay at this hotel again. Excellent value.

We were very pleased with the hotel and it's location. it is within easy walking distance to the city and the transport systems. Our only disappointment was that the room had no facilities to make either tea or coffee.

It was a stale smelly back room, with 1 window opening to a closed inner porch. A with 3 star overrated place! Besides all that it was noisy. I was glad to leave.

Hotel claims three stars, I believe, and merits perhaps one. The price was good, but I was billeted in the worst room in the hotel - with a window opening on an air shaft - during August. I was able to change the room to one in the finished attic. Price was good.

enjoyed staying there, it was a perfect location for exploring Prague. i was suprised it wasn't noisy seeing as it is beside the train station. the only critism that i would have is that it has no tea making facilities in the room and there was no hair dryer. the buffet breakfast was excellent, would definitely go back again and would highly recommned it to friends.

Rooms were large and also warm, although it was December. The only comment we would make is that the hotel and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke.
