excellent staffing at the reception upon arrival. everything explained inc getting around prague and where to buy tram/metro tickets and where to get on/off at differing destinations.Even phoned airport shuttle on our behalf to change pick-up time.Hotel very clean,rooms serviced daily and has a small bar. Breakfast was usual cereal/toast/juice etc but the hot b/fast poor,consisted of small pieces of sausage/dried up fried eggs/beans-all prepared earlier and left on heat ,hence dried up. Hotel approx 10mins by tram from central prague. Overall we enjoyed the stay apart from the breakfast.

Well priced hotel with large rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Tram to Old town is convenient to hotel and leaves every 5 minutes. Pity there was no hot water in the mornings for a shower.
